Discovery Tours NT is the new Transfer and Touring specialist in Central Australia with over thirty years of Experience behind it.
The Director, Jo, has been involved in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry for a long time and has managed accommodation, run successful Tour Companies and has had a number or Tourism related enterprises.
This company came during the horrendous Covid Pandemic, where Jo saw an emerging market in small group touring and transfers.
He takes most of the tours himself, does the marketing, does the books but mostly enjoys the interaction with the customers and is always up for a chat!
He brings 14 years of Tour guiding, specializing in the Aboriginal Culture of the area, and a further 16 years of management of said tours, with his previous Award winning Tour company, The Rock Tour.
We are available every day for a variety of Tours and Transfers and run in modern 4wd Land Rover Discoveries ( hence the name!) and a small 11 seat luxury Bus. Most of our tours are accommodated but Jo has a history in camping tours so don't be afraid to ask.
Our mission is to provide a luxury Tour and Transfer company with 100% small groups, where we can give the best value for your money. We have a huge emphasis on the Aboriginal stories of the areas that we travel through and are very happy to share with people who are interested.
Each vehicle has a Satellite phone and first aid kit and all drivers are fully Insured and Accredited to operate in the National Parks.
