The Sahaja Yoga Meditation team and Music of Joy group will be touring Yulara/Uluru and Alice Springs during July 2024 offering free concerts and workshops.

Their music can awaken and enlighten the spirit within and one can feel both meditative, joyous and uplifted in a most effortless and spontaneous way.

The concert will include a guided meditation and a video presentation by Shri Mataji, founder of Sahaja Yoga.

Follow-up workshop provided for one-on-one sessions. Free ongoing sessions and support available via WhatsApp and online on Zoom and YouTube.
