I booked an 'on request' product, what does that mean?
- An 'on request' booking simply means that the Visitor Centre staff have to confirm with the operator if the product is available, before we can confirm your booking.
- The booking must still be completed within 14 days to claim the voucher, however the booking confirmation and any consumer/operator correspondence can be finalised after the 14 days.
- In any situation where the operator says the product is unavailable, you will be able to work with the Visitor Centre staff to arrange the next best date/option for you.
