Tourism Central Australia provides a range of services that support our members, encourages industry engagement and contributes to the growth of the Central Australian visitor economy. Many of these benefits can only be accessed through membership.

Any company that operates more than one business, under the core company structure, is encouraged to apply for a Membership Package 2 or 3. These packages entitle affiliated businesses to be bundled under the same membership, receiving the associated benefits at a significantly reduced rate.
The final acceptance of your chosen Membership Package is at the discretion of Tourism Central Australia. Please select the TCA Membership Package that best suits your personal interest or business needs:
A Business Package 1 Membership ($395) covers one business. Additional businesses will not receive separate support or be promoted through Tourism Central Australia's marketing channels unless they are identified under membership. If you operate more than one business please look at a Business Package 2 or 3.
Tourism Central Australia (TCA) provides visitor servicing and brochure display at a range of touch points throughout the region. Members can access these brochure racking services at heavily discounted prices.
Please be aware that you will need to supply TCA with the brochure stocks to coordinate this. Select all brochure display locations, that you'd like TCA to maintain for you:

Tourism Central Australia (TCA) produces five visitor maps, including the:
- Central Australian regional map
- Alice Springs town map
- Alice Springs CBD map
- Barkly regional map
- Tennant Creek town map
If your business is located in Central Australia, it can be represented with a pinned location on one of the above maps, with a corresponding directory listing. The specific map you appear on is at TCA's discretion, reflective of your business location and the map design. These maps are updated annually.

- PARTNERSHIP DISCOUNT - 60% OFF: If the business has a current membership with another Regional Tourism Organisation (RTO) and the primary operations and offices are based outside of the Central Australian region, you are eligible to claim a 60% Partnership Discount
- QUALITY TOURISM ACCREDITTED BUSINESS DISCOUNT - 10% OFF: Businesses that have achieved Quality Tourism Accreditation are rewarded with a 10% discount.
Please note these discounts are only applied to the annual membership fee and not to additional services. If you're claiming the 60% Partnership Discount, a further 10% Accreditation Discount cannot be applied.
To receive a discount, simply agree with one of the below options and upload the supporting evidence in the area provided below. For the discount to continue, this evidence will need to be updated on an annual basis.
I/we confirm that the primary operations of the business are not based in Central Australia, nor does it have an office in the region. It has a current membership with another RTO and this certificate has been uploaded as evidence.

A Business Package 2 Membership ($595) can cover up to two *affiliated businesses. This allows an additional business to be bundled under the same membership, receiving the associated benefits at a significantly reduced rate.

*An affiliated business is one that is managed organisationally, financially and operationally by the core business.

- Uluru- Kata Tjuta NP Cultural Centre (valued at $615 per brochure p/a)

- Mobile Visitor Information Trailer, hosted at major events (valued at $625 per brochure p/a)
- Delegate Welcome Packs- distributed to 1000+ conference & event participants (valued at $695 per brochure p/a)

The Not-for-Profit Package ($225) is a heavily discounted membership, designed specifically for recognised community, charity or not-for-profit organisations only.
To be eligible for this membership package, we require at least one piece of evidence to prove your organisation's charitable or not-for-profit status. If you have previously subscribed to this package we already have this evidence stored. If, however, you are selecting this package for the first time, please be aware that TCA will seek additional evidence to support your subscription.
