TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promoters of this competition are Tourism Top End (trading as Visit Top End), located at 6 Bennett Street, Darwin, NT, 0800 and Tourism Central Australia Incorporated (ABN 66 249 885 613), located at 41 Todd Mall, Alice Springs, NT 0870 (“Promoter”).

2. Competition Period

The competition opens at 9:00am (ACST) on 18 February 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (ACST) on 7 June 2026 (“Competition Period”). Entries received outside these dates will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
• Employees, board members, and contractors of the Promoters and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• By entering, participants warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements. The Promoter reserves the right to require proof of eligibility.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, eligible participants must, during the Competition Period:

• Complete and submit the official competition entry form by providing all required details in the online form.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

To enter, participants must complete and submit the official entry form available at discovercentralaustralia.com/drive-comp during the Competition Period, providing all required details. Only one entry per person is permitted. By entering, participants agree to opt in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter and its partners. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

5. Use of Personal Information

• By entering the competition, entrants consent to their personal information being collected, used and shared by both Promoters and competition partners for marketing and promotional purposes, including future communications, in accordance with each Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
• Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanisms provided.
• Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

6. Prize

• There are two prizes to be one.
• Red Centre Prize: includes a: $2500 Red Centre Travel Voucher, 30min hot air balloon flight for two (2) + Field of Light Star pass for two (2)
• Top End Prize: includes A ‘$2500 Top End Travel Voucher’
• The prize details will be communicated by the Promoters separately.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, unless otherwise stated by the Promoters.

Conditions of Prizes:

• All vouchers and prizes must be booked 30 June 2027 and redeemed by December 31, 2027.
• Travel and experiences are subject to availability and must be arranged directly with Tourism Central Australia and Tourism Top End.
• Blackout periods may apply, including but not limited to school holidays, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods.
• Prizes are valid for new bookings only and cannot be applied to existing reservations.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• Vouchers and tour inclusions are subject to partner conditions of use.
• Prizes cannot be used toward flights.
• Winners are responsible for their own travel to and from the Top End and Red Centre to redeem the prizes.
• Extensions beyond the stated validity date will not be permitted.

7. Draw Details

• The winner will be drawn at random at 12:00pm (ACST) on 19 June 2026.
• The draw will take place at a location determined by the Promoters.

8. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize

• The winner will be notified by phone or email using the contact details provided at entry.
• The winner must claim the prize within two (2) days of being notified.
• If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe, the Promoters reserve the right to redraw the prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

9. Redraw

• If required, the redraw will occur as soon as practicable after the claim period expires.
• The redraw winner will be contacted in the same manner as the original draw.

10. Liability

• The Promoters are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
• The Promoters are not responsible for any technical issues, late, lost or misdirected entries.

11. General

• The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and disqualify entrants who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

• The Promoters may amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances arise beyond their reasonable control.

• The competition is governed by the laws of Australia, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant Australian courts.

• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or corrupted entries.

• By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that their entry information will be shared with partners; Uluru Ayers Rock Resort and Outback Ballooning for marketing purposes.

• By entering, participants consent to their name and likeness being used for publicity purposes without compensation.

• By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that their entry information will be shared with Competition Partners.

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize (or part of a prize) of equal or greater value if any prize becomes unavailable.

• Entrants who tamper with the entry process, submit multiple entries, provide false information, or otherwise breach these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.

• Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. (in case we promote the comp on socials)

• Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and its partners will not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered in connection with this competition or any prize.
