Marketing Opportunities

Tourism Central Australia (TCA) is involved in a large number of marketing activities throughout the year, many of which are open to industry members. Operators are encouraged to participate in domestic marketing and sales promotion activities.

    Current Opportunities:

    • Brochure Display - Make sure you have current and up-to-date stock of brochures in our Visitor Information Centres (for additional brochure racking opportunities contact us here).
    • TV screen advertisements in Visitor Information Centre - Great for advertising events and deals, no audio available, 15-second static or 30-second video ads (contact Georgia to organise).
    • Caravan and Camping Shows - We are now seeking expressions of interest to participate at Caravan and Camping Shows in 2023. For further details, please head to Caravan and Camping Shows.
    • Coffee and Conversation - An opportunity for you to present to TCA staff and volunteers about your products/services. Good for a refresher or new member businesses to inform those who deal directly with customers (contact us to organise). 
    • Product Promotion - You are invited to promote your products or services in the Visitor Information Centre. This is your opportunity to engage with visitors directly, the best times to reach the most visitors are on Saturdays and Mondays (Click here to contact us for more information

      Digital Marketing

      With over 50,000 page views/month and over 85,000 followers on facebook, TCAs digital marketing opportunities provide a great way to increase you reach and visibility with consumers.

      Monthly Consumer Newsletter

      Each month TCA sends a consumer newsletter to an audience of over 25,000 subscribers, making it an ideal way to extend your reach and visibility to an international market that have already shown interest in visiting Central Australia.

      Brochure Distribution

      Membership includes brochure placement in the Alice Springs and Tennant Creek Visitor Information Centre. However, additional brochure distribution options are available.

      TCA produces several maps and visitor guides each year. These printable publications are highly sought after by travellers, with thousands of copies handed out in the Visitor Information Centres each year and is available for download on our website.
