Tourism Central Australia is hosting the 2025 Central Australia Tourism Exchange (CATE) in Alice Springs and is a tourism event designed to give operators the opportunity to showcase their products to a wide range of stakeholders, including distribution partners, local frontline staff, and key players in NT tourism.
What is CATE?
CATE is a fast-paced tourism exchange event that facilitates exhibitors to showcase their latest products directly to key participators in the Northern Territory Tourism sector.
When you attend CATE, you’ll engage in one-on-one information sharing sessions. These sessions are fast-paced 8-minute presentations from each exhibitor delivered directly to industry leaders and is a prime opportunity to promote your business to key distribution partners, Visitor Information Centre staff and volunteers, Tourism Australia, the Australian Tourism Export Council and invited front line staff. Let them know key details about your business, what you are planning to do this year and any relevant operational information.
Following CATE we will have networking drinks from 5-6pm followed by a Tourism Central Australia General Meeting from 6-8pm.
CATE is poised to capture a wide range of attendees on this networking night as many will be attending the Tourism Towards 2030 Conference which is being held the following day.
