Dundee Beach Holiday Park is perfectly positioned at Dundee Beach, Northern Territory. Dundee Beach provides access to pristine beaches and is home to some of the most unspoiled fishing areas in the Top End, as well as some of the best fishing charters available in the Darwin region.

The recently renovated boat ramp is protected by the Indian ocean swell via the rock wall. Dundee Beach is a gateway to the famous Peron islands, Finniss River and Little Finniss are within close making it an ideal location for those seeking to catch the famous NT Barramundi.

Dundee Beach Holiday Park is located at Dundee Beach, Northern Territory, only 140km from Darwin on all weather, sealed roads. The location is part of The Peninsula Way and Greater Litchfield Loop.
Access to Dundee Beach by travelling west off the Stuart Highway on the Cox Peninsula Road. Turn left onto Fog Bay Road and follow the signs - The Lodge of Dundee/Dundee Beach Holiday Park 65km to Dundee Beach.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions. Management reserves the right to amend or alter prices, sites, and conditions at any time without notice. Please visit www.dundeebeachholidaypark.com.au for the most recent Terms & Conditions.
A ‘Primary Guest’ is required for each accommodation type and is responsible for all occupants at the accommodation type. The ‘Primary Guest’ is the person whose name appears on the reservation confirmation and is responsible for understanding our Terms & Condition. The Primary Guest must provide their credit card for the security bond and is aware any additional costs will be charged to their credit card without notification. On check-in, you may also be required to verify your identity with photographic identification.
All guests agree to abide by ‘House Rules’ posted in our accommodation, pools, camp kitchen & common areas, and must supervise their children to ensure they comply with such rules.
All accommodation reservations must have a valid Visa or MasterCard upon check in. A pre-authorisation security bond of $300 is required and is refundable on departure following an inspection of the accommodation. Any additional cleaning charges will be charged at $60 per hour (minimum 1 hour), damages, breakages, theft and/or loss is the responsibility of the primary guest and will be deducted from the bond without notification. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 3-10 business days for your security bond release.
CCTV cameras are in operation throughout the park. In accordance with applicable legislation, we reserve the right to protect our lawful interests and deter security incidents such as theft, vandalism, unruly behaviour, and violence. Any criminal activity will be reported to Police along with the footage.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY:
ALL cancellations requesting refunds are subject to a $35 administration fee and all requests to cancel must be received in writing to info@dundeebeachholidaypark.com.au
NO refunds apply for late cancellations or for amendments to bookings following check-in. This means that if you choose to leave earlier than expected after you have checked in, you are not entitled to a refund.
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO POOR WEATHER
The Wet Season is from 01 November to 30 April each year – it is not unusual for extended periods of wind or rain including monsoons during this period.
The Dry Season is from 01 May to 31October each year – whilst the weather is generally calm during these months it is not unusual to have periods of strong winds or storms.
We do not provide refunds or credits due to the weather e.g., ‘it’s windy’, or ‘It’s raining’, or ‘my fishing charter has been cancelled’.
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO TROPCIAL CYCLONE
In the event of an ‘Advice’ warning or a ‘Watch & Act’ warning we can provide a full credit for future booking (valid for 12 months). In the event of an ‘Emergency’ warning we can provide a refund less the $35 administration fee or a full credit for future booking (valid for 12 months).
CANCELLATION - HIGH SEASON
01 March to 31 October & Special Events (outlined below)
Cancellations providing more than 28 days’ notice in relation to the scheduled arrival date are refundable, excluding the $35 administration fee.
Cancellations inside 28 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the first night’s tariff unless the site/accommodation can be rebooked, excluding the $35 administration fee.
Cancellations inside 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the first night’s tariff and are subject to the $35 administration fee.
Cancellations inside 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the booking.

CANCELLATION - LOW SEASON
01 November to 29 February & excludes Special Events (outlined below)
Cancellations providing more than 14 days’ notice in relation to the scheduled arrival date are refundable, excluding the $35 administration fee.
Cancellations inside 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the first night’s tariff unless the site/accommodation can be rebooked, excluding the $35 administration fee.
Cancellations inside 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the first night’s tariff and are subject to the $35 administration fee.
Cancellations inside 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the booking.
SPECIAL EVENTS
Special Events include all long weekends, Easter, Christmas, New Years, school holidays, group bookings, corporate functions/bookings, fishing competitions and local events.
BOOKING DATE CHANGE
We provide one booking date change from the original scheduled arrival date free of charge provided more than 14 days’ notice is given and there is no change to the number of nights booked. Date changes between 14 days and 72 hours of arrival incur a $35 administration fee & are subject to forfeiture of the first night’s tariff unless the site/accommodation can be rebooked. Date changes within 72 hours of arrival forfeit the entire booking and are non-refundable. Booking date changes requesting refunds are subject to a $35 administration fee.
EARLY DEPARTURES & NO SHOWS
No refunds are given for unused portions of your booking, including early departures for any reason, cancellations where you or your party has arrived at the park or no shows. A no-show is when you do not check-in on the day of your booking. All monies paid are forfeited.
