Tobermorey Station Roadhouse and Caravan Park is situated amongst 5 acres of grassy oasis and established trees on the Plenty Highway. It provides the only fuel, store, cabins, caravan park and fully licensed bar open for visitors 7 days a week between Gemtree and Boulia.
Description
Tobermorey Roadhouse & Caravan Park offers a great stopover just 1.5km off the Plenty Hwy. Our park is situated amidst 5 acres of grassy oasis and established trees just 4km from the NT/QLD border.
We provide unpowered sites for camping and caravans with access to hot showers, toilets, new camp kitchen and washing facilities.
Our cabins are in family, queen and multi-share configurations plus king-single rooms. Cabins accommodate up to 4 guests and all rooms have en-suites and split-system air conditioning.
Our grounds feature a fully fenced and shaded children's playground conveniently located adjacent to the Camp Kitchen allowing easy dining whilst supervising kids. The park provides a number of fire-pits and seating areas for use by our guests. The park is pet friendly but and pets must be under control at all times to ensure safety of themselves and station pets and working dogs. STRICTLY no pets are allowed in cabins or king-single rooms.
The Park grounds lie within a 900m levy bank which provides a lovely walking, running or cycling circuit for guests to look around our park and out to the landscapes beyond featuring sunsets, birdlife and station life.
The Roadhouse provides diesel and ULP 91 fuel, souvenirs, packaged meals, brewed coffee, cold drinks, ice-creams & snacks and a selection of basic shop and personal items. From April to September we have available for purchase our signature BBQ packs and homemade caf?? specials each day. We offer tyre repairs. Eftpos, cash and basic card accepted.
Our unique licensed bar 'The Meathouse' features our famous Austin camp truck firepit and bbq amongst a unique setting featuring re-purposed windmills and local handcrafted timber. It is a great place to have a coldie, enjoy your coffee or cook your BBQ pack.
Tobermorey Station Roadhouse and Caravan Park is able to support large or small bookings for Corporate customers and events such as rallies and tour groups. Please contact us for information for larger groups.

Directions
Tobermorey Station Caravan Park and Roadhouse is accessible by 3 different directions. It is located 245km west of Boulia (QLD) on the Donohue & Plenty Highways, 270km south west of Mount Isa (QLD) on Urandangi Road and 565km East of Alice Springs on the Plenty Highway. The Station entries are clearly signposted on both the Plenty Highway and Urandangi roads.
