For a hearty meal head to The Overlanders Steakhouse, a welcoming restaurant located in the building that was once the Alice Springs Town Hall. The steakhouse has a long history of offering unique dining experiences. Ruggedly decorated in cattle station décor and memorabilia the distinctive outback style is warm and nostalgic.

We offer an extensive a-la-carte menu and daily specials that include fresh Australian seafood, tasty vegetarian options and aussie outback favourites like; beef, crocodile, camel, kangaroo or buffalo. The kid's will also love our special children’s menu.

The Overlanders Steakhouse was established in 1971 to honour 'overlanders' - the men and women of the outback who were the people involved in the largest movements of cattle in the history of Australia. Also honoured are explorers, miners, settlers and bush workers.

When planning your next special event or private function, consider The Overlanders Room, for warm, professional hospitality and tasty outback fare.
