Dark Skies Festival

Earth Sanctuary

Central Australia’s Dark Skies Festival is the first major event celebrating humanity's connection to the Night Sky in Australia. The Earth Sanctuary has teamed up with The Artist Expedition Society to cultivate a journey in light, sound, and darkness beneath one of the greatest night skies in the world.

Visitors will experience signature projection-based artworks designed by international artists accompanied by musical performances over nine exciting nights, as well as talks by astronomers, telescope viewings, and a series of specialist art and science workshops.

Join the Dark Skies Festival explore the universe in a fusion of art, science, and culture!
