Banubanu is a beach retreat built in partnership with the Yolgnu people to ensure our guests experience and appreciate the natural wonders and the culture of East Arnhem Land in this tranquil location.


The Retreat offers glamping next to world class beaches with five pristine beachfront rooms and an exclusive elevated penthouse. All rooms are fan-cooled with ensuites and beachfront decks.

The resort has an elevated restaurant, bar and pool with magnificent views overlooking the Arafura Sea.

Bremer Island is just a 15-minute flight from Gove Airport in the pristine waters off Nhulunbuy in East Arnhem Land, in the Northern Territory.

Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by Banubanu 30 days prior 100% of total cost of tour.
In the event that Banubanu has to cancel they will make full refund as soon as possible.

All amounts are quoted in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Banubanu reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or cultural reasons.
Banubanu accepts no responsibility for any loss of property or damage to property.
Banubanu will not be held accountable for any personal injury or illness to the client during the course of your stay at Banubanu Beach Retreat.
Banubanu recommends that all clients take out adequate travellers’ insurance to cover:
Costs arising from their cancellation of a booking due to unforeseen circumstances
Loss and damage to property.
Personal injury and illness.
Before departing on the program you will be required to read and sign the Banubanu Beach Retreat Indemnity form.
By booking the program you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to these conditions.
