Come and kick up some red dust in the outback. Take a guided tour of the oldest working cattle station in the Northern Territory. While you won’t need whips and spurs for this outback adventure, you will need to be ready for fun and excitement as we take you on a tour of this 1500 square km property.
Quad bikes are our modern day workhorses, but if you prefer not to ride a quad bike, we have other options available. All quad bikes are fully automatic and easy to ride.
Operating since the 2000, we provide small group tours that can cater for the whole family.
The history of the property goes right back to 1872, just as the Overland Telegraph Line was completed, when the first pastoral lease was granted to William Bagot. The homestead was one of the first buildings constructed in Central Australia and is still the main family accommodation.
The property was bought by William Hayes in 1907, and the 6th generation of his direct descendants continue to run the working cattle station today. The Garden Station, Undoolyas neighbour, is also owned by the Hayes family.
Undoolya and the Garden Station are 3500 sq km combined with a dozen residents. Compare this to Luxembourg where 500,000 people live in the same space!
So saddle up and prepare to tour the station, by either:
QUAD BIKE (ATV)- our modern day workhorses, all bikes are fully automatic, no licence or previous experience required.
POLARIS 4 SEAT RAZOR- our very experienced tour guide will drive you on a high end adrenalin adventure. See a lot of the cattle station FAST !
FOUR WHEEL DRIVE CATTLE STATION TOUR- a more sedate tour travelling in our very comfortable four wheel drive with more detailed explanations of the property. Morning / afternoon tea supplied.
Please be aware that children must be 12 years and older to ride a quad bike. Children under 12 can travel as a passenger with the tour guide. All children under 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult guardian.
